The Old Canberra Inn

In early 2024 I collaborated on a freelance project with Old Canberra Inn (OCI), a historic Canberra craft beer venue. The project focused on capturing the OCI's history as an old highway stop, using heritage-inspired colours to evoke nostalgia. I designed a logo emphasising the “OCI” initials for modern appeal while maintaining links to the full name. Using the Gothicus typeface, inspired by the Victorian neo-gothic era of the inn’s founding, I added vintage-style emphasis strokes to reinforce historical connections. Supporting assets included a Gang-gang cockatoo illustration and an illustration of the front façade
